Why do IndigoFitness make the effort to get ISO Accreditation?

Although it is voluntary there are many benefits associated with ISO certification. It signifies a commitment to becoming ‘best-in-class’ and acts as a sign of our credibility. It provides a way for IndigoFitness to demonstrate core competencies and enables us to review and improve our processes and take a more active approach to management.  It instills a continuous improvement approach and ensures that we are reacting correctly to changes in the market, reducing risks and increasing operational efficiency and productivity. We have achieved Accreditation across Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental (ISO 14001:2015) and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001:2018).

Put simply, we use a wide range of standards to improve our performance, reduce risk, work more sustainably, or simply to stay compliant with laws and regulations. They provide reassurance that we are operating to a high-level, and confidence that we have been independently assessed. They demonstrate our competence to design and deliver your training space, covering key areas such as equipment design and manufacture and on-site installation work.

Next time you are choosing a supplier to work with on your new gym design, gym flooring, or training space installation, we’d urge you to check first whether they have ISO accreditation. If they don’t, think about why not, and what that means about the quality of solution and service you may receive.  ISO standards establish expectation levels between businesses. As a customer, if you place two businesses side-by-side (one with certification and one without), you can easily identify the key areas where a certified company like IndigoFitness will out-perform uncertified competitors.
